What are the option of widths /lengths of custom made clothing woven labels you can offer?
For broadloom woven labels, you can have the widths from 10mm up to 100 mm.
For needleroom woven labels, you can have the widths from 18m up to 30mm.
As for the total length of woven labels, you can have up to 140mm.
I produce handmade silk cushion, and I need a very special, unique handmade label for my product. This needs to be multiple colours. Can you let me know how many colours I can have for a handmade label tag?
It depends on the quality and design of your hand made woven label. Basically one woven label can have up to 8 coloured threads on it. For a plain taffeta woven label, we can achieve 12 coloured threads on it. If your label is too small, then you have a smaller room to accommodate too many coloured threads. If you can email us of your artwork, we will then review the best option for your hand made label tag.
Do you offer folded woven name labels for clothes?
Yes, we do. You can have options of your custom woven name tag made for
– Centre folded (fold in the middle) either vertically or horizontally.
– Two ends folded (fold on the right and left end)
– Alternatively, you can have straight cut, heat cut label (no fold at all)

What are the difference between Woven Labels and Printed Labels?
Woven labels are made of colour threads to create the base fabric label; the logo design, texts and contents are woven into the base fabric. The weaving technique does have a certain limit to duplicate the exact artwork image. However, 99% of our customers are happy with the end-result of our weaving technique to create a good quality woven image. If you like an exact 100% duplicate artwork image, then you need to consider a printed version, which can easily achieve an exact duplicate artwork image by oil print on top of the fabric.
What are the difference between Woven Labels and Embroidered Labels?
Woven Labels are made by weaving loom to create both logo design and background fabric label. Embroidered labels are partly made by hand, are stitched onto a fabric label. Woven Labels are soft against skin, can achieve a detailed high-definition woven image. Embroidered labels look heavier and chunky because they are stitched by thick threads; embroidered labels or patches are often used for sportswear and are put outside of clothes.

What are the difference between damask woven labels and satin wven labels?
There are made by two different weaving techniques. Damask woven label is the best woven garment label quality; this weaving technique can achieve a fine detail high-definition woven image; the end-result of its pattern design is like imprinted on the fabric label. Satin weaving is one yarn going left-right and one going up-down to achieve glossy surface and silkier-feeling finish. Satin weaving is good for certain artworks weaving with a fine logo design; satin weaving technique does not like damask weaving technique that works for every artwork design.
